Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

MH Studios (“we”, “us”) is an independent mobile game studio. We publish games on Google Play and other Android stores, and run the website mhstudio.site. We are responsible for the data described in this policy.

2. When you visit this website

• Technical data. Our site is delivered and protected by Cloudflare. To do this, Cloudflare and our server process your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is used only to deliver the site, keep it secure and stop abuse, and server logs are deleted automatically after 14 days at most.
• Security cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies (for example __cf_bm or cf_clearance) to tell people from bots. They are not used for advertising.
• Language choice. If you switch language, we remember it in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.
• We do not use analytics, advertising pixels or social-media trackers on this website.

3. When you play our games

• No account. Our games do not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos or location.
• Progress and settings (levels, stars, coins, sound, language) are stored on your device. Android may include them in your device's automatic backup to your Google account; this is controlled by your device settings.
• Advertising. Our games use Google AdMob. Google may collect and process your device's advertising ID, IP address, device information and how you interact with ads, to show ads, limit how often you see them, measure them and prevent fraud. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent through Google's consent message, and you can change your choice any time from the game's settings (“Privacy options”). You can also reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your Android settings. Learn more at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
• Store statistics. Google Play gives us aggregated, anonymous statistics (such as installs and crash reports) that help us fix problems. We cannot identify you from them.
• Purchases. Our games currently have no in-app purchases. Virtual coins and hints are earned in the game.

4. When you email us

If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to reply and help you, and we delete it on request.

5. Why we use data

• To run, secure and improve the website and the games (our legitimate interest).
• To show ads that keep our games free (your consent where required, otherwise our legitimate interest).
• To answer your messages and requests.
• To meet legal obligations.

6. Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent personal data. Data is only handled by the service providers that make our products work — Google (Google Play, AdMob) and Cloudflare (website delivery, security and email) — under their own privacy policies and data-protection terms, or when the law requires us to disclose it. These providers may process data in countries other than yours, with safeguards required by law.

7. How long we keep data

Game data stays on your device until you clear it or uninstall the game. Website security logs are deleted within 14 days. Emails are kept as long as needed to help you, then deleted. Ad data is kept by Google according to its own policies.

8. Children

Our games are made for a general audience and are suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). Ads in our games are filtered to family-appropriate content ratings. If you are a parent and believe your child sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or privacy laws in California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data-protection authority. Because we don't run accounts, most data about you is on your own device or held by Google for ads — but write to us and we will help with any request within 30 days.

10. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) everywhere, keep our systems behind Cloudflare's protection, and collect as little as possible. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect what we handle.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our games change. We will update the date at the top, and for important changes we will give notice on this website or in our games.

3. عند لعبك لألعابنا

• بلا حساب: ألعابنا لا تطلب اسمك أو بريدك أو رقم هاتفك أو جهات اتصالك أو صورك أو موقعك.
• التقدّم والإعدادات (المراحل والنجوم والعملات والصوت واللغة) محفوظة على جهازك. قد يُضمّنها أندرويد في النسخ الاحتياطي التلقائي لحساب Google الخاص بك، ويتحكم بذلك إعدادات جهازك.
• الإعلانات: تستخدم ألعابنا Google AdMob. قد تجمع Google وتعالج المعرّف الإعلاني لجهازك وعنوان IP ومعلومات الجهاز وتفاعلك مع الإعلانات، لعرض الإعلانات وتحديد عدد مرات ظهورها وقياسها ومنع الاحتيال. في المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية والمملكة المتحدة وسويسرا نطلب موافقتك عبر رسالة الموافقة من Google، ويمكنك تغيير اختيارك في أي وقت من إعدادات اللعبة (“خيارات الخصوصية”). كما يمكنك إعادة تعيين المعرّف الإعلاني أو حذفه أو إيقاف الإعلانات المخصصة من إعدادات أندرويد. للمزيد: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

• المشتريات: ألعابنا حالياً بلا مشتريات داخلية. العملات والتلميحات تُكسب داخل اللعبة.

4. عند مراسلتك لنا

إذا راسلتنا نستلم بريدك الإلكتروني وما تختار كتابته. نستخدمه فقط للرد عليك ومساعدتك، ونحذفه عند طلبك.

5. لماذا نستخدم البيانات

• لتشغيل الموقع والألعاب وحمايتها وتحسينها (مصلحتنا المشروعة).
• لعرض الإعلانات التي تُبقي ألعابنا مجانية (بموافقتك حيث يلزم، وإلا فمصلحتنا المشروعة).
• للرد على رسائلك وطلباتك.
• للالتزام بالمتطلبات القانونية.

6. مع من نشارك البيانات

لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية ولا نؤجّرها. تتعامل معها فقط الجهات التي تشغّل خدماتنا — Google (Google Play وAdMob) وCloudflare (تقديم الموقع وحمايته والبريد) — وفق سياسات الخصوصية وشروط حماية البيانات الخاصة بها، أو عندما يُلزمنا القانون بالإفصاح. قد تعالج هذه الجهات البيانات في دول غير دولتك مع الضمانات التي يتطلبها القانون.

7. مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

بيانات اللعبة تبقى على جهازك حتى تمسحها أو تحذف اللعبة. سجلات أمان الموقع تُحذف خلال 14 يوماً. الرسائل تُحفظ بقدر ما نحتاج لمساعدتك ثم تُحذف. بيانات الإعلانات تحتفظ بها Google وفق سياساتها.

8. الأطفال

ألعابنا مصنوعة لجمهور عام ومناسبة لكل الأعمار. لا نجمع عن علم معلومات شخصية من الأطفال دون 13 عاماً (أو الحد الأدنى للعمر في بلدك). الإعلانات في ألعابنا مُرشّحة لتصنيفات محتوى مناسبة للعائلة. إذا كنت أحد الوالدين وتعتقد أن طفلك أرسل لنا معلومات شخصية، راسلنا وسنحذفها.

9. حقوقك

بحسب مكان إقامتك (مثل اللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات GDPR في أوروبا أو قوانين الخصوصية في كاليفورنيا) قد يحق لك الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، والاعتراض على استخدامها أو تقييده، وسحب موافقتك، وتقديم شكوى لجهة حماية البيانات في بلدك. ولأننا لا نشغّل حسابات، فمعظم البيانات المتعلقة بك موجودة على جهازك أو لدى Google للإعلانات — لكن راسلنا وسنساعدك في أي طلب خلال 30 يوماً.

10. الأمان

نستخدم اتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS) في كل مكان، ونضع أنظمتنا خلف حماية Cloudflare، ونجمع أقل قدر ممكن من البيانات. لا يوجد نظام آمن بالكامل، لكننا نبذل جهدنا لحماية ما نتعامل معه.

11. التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة مع تطوّر ألعابنا. سنحدّث التاريخ في الأعلى، وللتغييرات المهمة سننشر إشعاراً على هذا الموقع أو داخل ألعابنا.
