Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By visiting mhstudio.site or downloading, installing or playing any MH Studios game, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use them. Your use of an app store (such as Google Play) is also covered by that store's own terms.

2. Your licence to play

We give you a personal, free, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play our games on devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• copy, resell, rent, redistribute or publish our games or their content outside official stores;
• decompile, modify, hack or create cheats, bots or modified versions of our games;
• remove our names, logos or notices, or use them to suggest a partnership with us;
• use our games or website for anything illegal, or try to disrupt or attack our services.

3. Our content

MH Studios owns (or has licensed) all rights in our games, website, names, logos, characters, art, music, sounds, levels and code. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you. You are welcome to share screenshots and videos of yourself playing, as long as it's not misleading and not presented as official.

4. Virtual items

Coins, hints, boosters, stars and other in-game items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or traded, and may change as games are updated. Progress is stored on your device, so it may be lost if you clear app data, change phones without a backup, or uninstall the game.

5. Ads and third parties

Our games show ads provided by Google. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads, websites or services, and your dealings with advertisers are between you and them.

6. Changes and availability

We may update, change, pause or stop any game, feature or the website at any time, for example to fix problems or improve the experience. We are not liable for any change or discontinuation.

7. No warranty

Our games and website are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no promises that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MH Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, progress or profits, arising from your use of our games or website. Because our games are free, our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us (if any) or USD 10. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be excluded.

9. Ending these Terms

You can stop at any time by uninstalling our games. If you break these Terms, your licence ends automatically. Sections 3, 7, 8 and 10 continue to apply after that.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq, without prejudice to any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of the country where you live. We would always prefer to solve problems by talking first — please contact us before taking any formal step.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using our games or website after a change, you accept the updated Terms. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

1. الموافقة

بزيارتك لموقع mhstudio.site أو تنزيلك أو تثبيتك أو لعبك لأي لعبة من ألعاب MH Studios، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إذا لم توافق، نرجو عدم استخدامها. كما يخضع استخدامك لأي متجر تطبيقات (مثل Google Play) لشروط ذلك المتجر.

2. ترخيصك للعب

نمنحك ترخيصاً شخصياً مجانياً وغير حصري وغير قابل للنقل لتثبيت ألعابنا ولعبها على الأجهزة التي تملكها أو تتحكم بها، لأغراض غير تجارية. ولا يجوز لك:

• نسخ ألعابنا أو محتواها أو إعادة بيعها أو تأجيرها أو إعادة توزيعها أو نشرها خارج المتاجر الرسمية؛
• تفكيك ألعابنا أو تعديلها أو اختراقها أو صنع غشّ أو بوتات أو نسخ معدّلة منها؛
• إزالة أسمائنا أو شعاراتنا أو إشعاراتنا، أو استخدامها للإيحاء بشراكة معنا؛
• استخدام ألعابنا أو موقعنا لأي غرض غير قانوني، أو محاولة تعطيل خدماتنا أو مهاجمتها.

3. محتوانا

تملك MH Studios (أو لديها ترخيص) جميع الحقوق في ألعابنا وموقعنا وأسمائنا وشعاراتنا وشخصياتنا ورسومنا وموسيقانا وأصواتنا ومراحلنا وأكوادنا. هذه الشروط لا تنقل إليك أياً من هذه الحقوق. ومرحّب بك أن تشارك صوراً ومقاطع لنفسك وأنت تلعب، بشرط ألا تكون مضلِّلة أو تُقدَّم على أنها رسمية.

4. العناصر الافتراضية

العملات والتلميحات والمعززات والنجوم وغيرها من العناصر داخل اللعبة ليس لها قيمة مالية، ولا يمكن استبدالها بمال حقيقي أو تداولها، وقد تتغير مع تحديث الألعاب. التقدّم محفوظ على جهازك، لذا قد يضيع إذا مسحت بيانات التطبيق أو غيّرت هاتفك بدون نسخة احتياطية أو حذفت اللعبة.

5. الإعلانات والأطراف الأخرى

تعرض ألعابنا إعلانات من Google. لسنا مسؤولين عن محتوى إعلانات أو مواقع أو خدمات الأطراف الأخرى، وأي تعامل لك مع المعلنين هو بينك وبينهم.

6. التغييرات والتوفّر

قد نحدّث أي لعبة أو ميزة أو الموقع أو نغيّرها أو نوقفها مؤقتاً أو نهائياً في أي وقت، مثلاً لإصلاح مشاكل أو تحسين التجربة، ولا نتحمل مسؤولية أي تغيير أو إيقاف.

7. عدم الضمان

تُقدَّم ألعابنا وموقعنا “كما هي” و“حسب التوفّر”. وإلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا نتعهد بأنها خالية من الأخطاء أو تعمل بلا انقطاع أو مناسبة لغرض معيّن.

8. حدود المسؤولية

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمل MH Studios المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية، أو عن فقدان البيانات أو التقدّم أو الأرباح، الناتجة عن استخدامك لألعابنا أو موقعنا. ولأن ألعابنا مجانية، فإن مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية عن أي مطالبة تقتصر على المبلغ الذي دفعته لنا (إن وُجد) أو 10 دولارات أمريكية، أيهما أكبر. لا شيء في هذه الشروط يقيّد حقوقك بموجب قوانين حماية المستهلك التي لا يجوز استبعادها.

9. إنهاء هذه الشروط

يمكنك التوقف في أي وقت بحذف ألعابنا. وإذا خالفت هذه الشروط ينتهي ترخيصك تلقائياً، وتبقى البنود 3 و7 و8 و10 سارية بعد ذلك.

10. القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية العراق، دون الإخلال بأي حماية إلزامية تمنحها لك قوانين البلد الذي تقيم فيه. ونفضّل دائماً حل أي مشكلة بالحوار أولاً — نرجو التواصل معنا قبل اتخاذ أي إجراء رسمي.

11. التغييرات على هذه الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، ويوضح التاريخ في الأعلى أحدث نسخة. استمرارك في استخدام ألعابنا أو موقعنا بعد أي تغيير يعني قبولك للشروط المحدّثة. وإذا تبيّن أن أي جزء من هذه الشروط غير قابل للتطبيق، يبقى الباقي سارياً.
